To celebrate Stephanie and Mike, we freshly baked tiers of Almond Cake paired with alternated layers of Pistachio and Hazelnut mousseline, and our signature Almond-Amaretto cake with almond crunch. As with all our cakes, this beauty was iced with our signature rolled chocolate!
Our client had an "Urban Enchantment" themed wedding, with soft purple as color palette...this cake looked like it "belonged" to this event!. The wedding was held at one of the most magical venues in town.,"The Transept", which is a repurposed historic church, renovated into a stunning event space!
To simulate panels of aged wood, we textured our signature rolled chocolate panels and hand painted them with sales of edible paint. Our chocolate is not only delicious but so versatile!!! One of the things that I love most of it is that it stays pliable and makes the cutting of the cake easy!
This cake had so many sugar flowers!!! I personally removed them from the cake and arranged them so that the client could preserve them forever!!!
Stephanie's gown was simply stunning, it was the most beautiful combination of floral lace and tulle, and it inspired the top tiers of the cake!
