This cake marks the beginning of the wedding season and of my busiest month of the year:)
The bride is a dear friend from my days working as a Senior Designer in the world of Architecture. She is also a fellow South American, from Argentina!
I love guiding my clients to the selection of their dream wedding cake flavors...my goal is that the cake is even MORE delicious than good-looking!
Claudia chose thin layers of my best selling toasted almonds cake with alternated layers of with dulce de leche and discs of baked french meringue...I will beg the photographer to take a pic of this plated cake!!!
We iced this cake with our signature Italian Buttercream (Mousseline) and our custom made Rolled Chocolate.
The color of the sugar flowers is inspired by the pretty palette of her floral arrangements, and the texture of her bridal gown.
