Nothing brings me more joy than customizing cake combinations for my clients. Often times, they chose from my menu of best selling combinations. Every now and then, we work out together combinations that tell their stories, and become new best selling flavors!
For this occasion, our client wanted a touch of chocolate, paired with the flavors of a candy bar...but it had to be sophisticated and wedding like!
After listening to her flavor preferences, we new that this cake would be glorious!
Almond sponge, paired with alternated layers of hazelnut, chocolate and peanut butter mousselines, lined with the richest chocolate ganache and garnished with caramelized Hazelnuts!
I can tell that this will not be the last time we will assemble this glorious combination!
