Let me tell you about my first Craftsy Class: "Make-ahead Techniques for stunning Cakes", that launches in September!
In lessons 1, we will cover all my tips for rolling, trimming and storing chocolate panels to cover your cakes!...Of course that my rolled chocolate recipe is included! In lesson 2, we will talk about the many techniques I have developed to pre-decorate my chocolate panels; we will cover my make ahead techniques to texture and paint chocolate panels, and I will show you how to achieve the beautiful Tulle texture look of this cake! Best of all we will talk about how to store your decorated panels...talk about efficiency! In lesson 3, you will learn how to make-ahead these beautiful floral lace appliqués!...I love them so much, and I'm sure that so will you! The two 3-tier cakes on the bottom right were my hero and step out cakes, used in the class for the demonstration!!! |
