Countdown to the launching of my Craftsy cake decorating class has officially begun!
In Lesson 1, I will introduce my signature rolled chocolate recipe and talk about the differences between rolled chocolate and fondant, and explain why my chocolate is ideal to cover smooth and precise cakes with the paneling method. I will demonstrate how to roll, trim and store pristine and oh-so-delicious chocolate panels, until it's time to apply them to the cake!. Below are a few screenshots from Lesson 1!!!
