I've always been in love with lighthouses and starfish. It's been a dream of mine to create the most delicious nautical themed wedding cake, and finally, I got a request for creating one! Not only the client is a favorite repeat client, but her events, always, ALWAYS are amazing. With this order, she intended to recreate a "Nantucket" themed bridal affair,  This cake not only looked beautiful on the outside...it looked and smelled, even better inside, because my most moist and delicious Almond Sponge was paired with a heavenly Praline Mousseline with Crunch and layered with Semi Sweet Belgian Chocolate!  The venue was the sophisticated and gorgeous Camargo Country Club, and it was held on a terrace overlooking the in the fairways of their golf course. The afternoon was so pleasant, the weather couldn't be more perfect!
