Today's wedding cake was inspired by our client's stunning bridal gown!
To celebrate their union, we freshly baked our most delicious French Vanilla cake paired with alternated layers of Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry Mousseline Buttercream. Like all our cakes, the cake was iced in our signature Rolled Chocolate in Ivory and Burgundy. A hand crafted fantasy sugar peony toped this intricate cake!

The intricacy and beauty of Indian gowns is just mind blowing, and Geetha's gown was no exception. She provided me with a small sample and lot of images of the embroidery of her dress, and I picked the most prominent shapes t be reproduces in sugar. To add to the richness of the sugar appliqués, jimmies, sugar dragees, custom made chocolate sequins and simple piping was added!
