To celebrate Colleen and Bill's union, we freshly baked layers of Almond Cake paired with Amaretto Mousseline with toasted almond crunch and wild strawberries preserves. Iced in our signature custom made Rolled Chocolate.

To suit Colleen's vision for the wedding, we painted our rolled chocolate with soft shades of pink and peach edible watercolor and accentuated the look with sheets of edible gold leaf. Paper thin sugar ruffles, and many, many sugar blossoms completed the look of this gorgeous cake!
Our custom made sugar flowers are always intended to be preserved, these ones we accentuated with gold building for an extra touch of Chic and to match the gold hues used throughout the event.
Since opening in 2010 in Cincinnati, Venezuelan born Ileana Saldivia’s studio, Sugar Realm has become a preeminent wedding and celebration cake design boutique.
