To celebrate Mindy and Mitch's union, we freshly baked the most delicious Orange cake, paired with alternated layers of Orange Blossom, Raspberry and Strawberry Mousseline.
As with all out cake, this cake was iced in our signature rolled chocolate, textured to simulate tulle and inspired by Mindy's spectacular custom designed Vera Wang gown, and accentuated with our custom made sugar flowers and flower-lace appliqués!
We personally removed all sugar flowers from the cake and properly arranged them for save transportation. It's so special to know that they will be preserved as a special memento of this memorable day.
Our favorite detail on this cake was the subtle tulle texture of this cake. Mindy's gown had lot's of the finest tulle possible and made her look so pretty. Beauty is in the details!
