Inspired by The Greenbrier stunning interiors and the iconic designs of Dorothy Draper. Today we celebrate Laura and Bill, their love for each other and the special significance of this place to their family!
For them we freshly baked the most delicious Vanilla sponge, paired with alternated layers of strawberry and lemon curd mousseline, and a personal favorite, Almond sponge, paired with dulce de leche and white whole mousseline!
As always, iced with our signature rolled chocolate. All decorations where made out of chocolate and the sugar flowers were intended to be preserved!
Since opening in 2010 in Cincinnati, Venezuelan born Ileana Saldivia’s studio, Sugar Realm has become a preeminent wedding and celebration cake design boutique. In 2018, due to her husband's job, Ileana and her family relocated to Philadelphia, and so did her Sugar Kingdom.
