As always, iced with our signature Rolled chocolate:) Our little chocolate elephant is sitting on a board was intended to be preserved. We were so honored to be part (once again) of this family special celebration. Thank you for letting us having a small role in this memorable day! Nothing brings me more joy than customizing cake combinations for my clients. Often times, they chose from my menu of best selling combinations. Every now and then, we work out together combinations that tell their stories, and become new best selling flavors! For this occasion, our client wanted a touch of chocolate, paired with the flavors of a candy bar...but it had to be sophisticated and wedding like! After listening to her flavor preferences, we new that this cake would be glorious!

He proposed under the moonlight and they will soon be married, To celebrate their engagement, we freshly baked the most delicious Almond cake, paired with Almond Amaretto Mousseline and Almond Crunch, iced with our signature rolled chocolate! In this cake, not only we mixed the best ingredients, but also our best wishes for Alexa and Rob to live a life filled with Happiness and togetherness, Congrats you two, and thank you for allowing us to have a small role in such special celebration! Colors and decorations were inspired by their gorgeous invites, and this glorious sheen navy color was achieved by hand paining our signature rolled chocolate with edible paint.
To celebrate Lillian's Holy Baptism, our client chose one of our favorite cake combinations: Toasted Almonds cake, with Amaretto Mousseline and Almond Crunch. As with all our orders, the cake was iced with our signature rolled chocolate. Everything on the cake is edible, made out of sugar, white chocolate and lots of love!
To celebrate Lissa and Jay's union, we freshly baked layers of Almond, Pistachio and Honey, and French Vanilla, Raspberry and white Chocolate. Iced in our custom made rolled chocolate and painted with edible gold, this cake pays homage to Lissa's Egyptian Heritage!
