From my new line of Wedding Cupcakes! I know, I'm arriving kind of late to the cupcake fever...but I have to say it, I think that I've been bitten by the "cupcake bug", These were made per a repeat client's request, and I couldn't say no!

Chocolate Truffle dipped in semi sweet chocolate, with a fresh raspberry center,
topped with a rosette of raspberry mousseline, adorned by a little White Chocolate flower.
French Vanilla Sponge with a fresh Strawberry Center, and a double rosette of White Chocolate
Mousseline, adorned by two mini ranunculus made out of white chocolate!
Almond Sponge with a lemon curd center, paired with Orange Blossoms and Raspberry Mousseline,

I was a preached by one of our local TV stations to do a live tv demo on decorating cookies. It was a short notice deal, and I couldn't think about anything else to bring to the demo than some of the fall themed sugar cookies that I already had at hand!
There are so many wonderful cookie artist out there; their work is surreal and they are true experts in their craft.
I have to confess, that making cales are my main business and interest, and when it comes to cookies making I'm kind of a novice!...but that don't mean that I don't enjoy making super delicious and beautiful cookies!

I have to confess it. I'm obsessed with French Macarons.
It is not only the light, delicate and delicious inherent meringue almond taste of macarons what captivates me, it is also the endless aesthetic possibilities, and all the amazing artistic arrangements that you can make with them!

I made it to be exhibited at a bridal show, hence my favorite color palette...Sugar Realm's Aquamarine with a bit of black and some gold accents!
