My very favorite element for design inspiration is the wedding dress. Often times I have the pleasure to peak at the gowns my clients have chosen, which I absolutely love! Ornate, classic, modern, I LOVE them all! Almost all these designs were inspired by our clients's gowns.

I love having a small role in my client's special occasions. Making sugar flowers is a personal favorite. Yes, they take FORERVER to make, and yes, I love every minute of it. It's interesting to me, that when you create a new sugar flower, you can impart them with certain personality. Think of a Rose, it can be a Romantic Rose, a Modern Rose, a High Couture Rose, a Formal Rose...each one with a specific aesthetic and appeal!
Over these 10 years of business, I have safaely removed sugar flowers from many, many cakes and I have boxed them for my clients. Often times they are preserved by the bride, mother-of-the-bride and even grandmothers!. From all the boxes I have used in the past, this is my very favorite one. When kept away from direct sun light and moisture, these flowers can be preserved indefinitely!
If there's one thing couples look forward to about wedding planning more than anything else, it's the wedding cake tasting. And how could you not? You get to spend an hour or so eating cake and dreaming about your wedding cake!
When scheduling a cake tasting with us, we make sure that you try some of our best selling cake combinations, as well as some additional fillings, from our seasonal palette of fillings and buttercreams. Clients are encouraged to make their own combinations based on their personal preferences!

The collection as a whole offers several designs suitable for any venue, style, and season. We plan to add several designs every year to the Signature line, to reflect current fashion and our own style as it continues to evolve.
Like all Sugar Realm cakes, the Signature line cakes are decorated with hand-crafted sugar decorations, iced in gourmet rolled chocolate (never fondant) and all cakes and fillings are made fresh, from only the finest ingredients.
Designs can be modified by changing colors and other details, adding decorations, etc.

For their wedding, they chose one of our favorite designs from our catalog of cake, Sugar Realm Signature Cakes. We customized our design by adding highlights of gold and soft pink to better capture the feel of the event.
Art Deco "Sunburst" Wedding Cake
Square tiers iced in rolled chocolate (never fondant) adorned with pearlized sugar crystals and smooth chocolate. Adorned with an oversized hand crafted sugar "Sunburst" cake topper and corner appliqués, finished with shimmery edible glitter.
_Accent tier and sugar appliqués are available in any color; we recommend silver, gold, black and combinations of the three, to achieve a true Art Deco flare.
