For their "Art Deco Temple" Wedding Cake, Monica and Jack chose:
Chocolate Truffle sponge, paired with White Chocolate and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mousse, and our Luscious Orange Suzette, made of Orange Sponge with White Chocolate Mousseline!
The cake was iced with Rolled Chocolate...YUM, YUM!
Here are some pics of the cake set up...overtime, I've developed "nerves of steel"...and lots of planning and preparedness doesn't hurt either!
